What We Do
The Massachusetts Cemetery Association represents cemetery members throughout the Commonwealth. Its members consist of municipal, religious, non-secular, non-profit and private cemeteries.
The Association believes that our cemeteries help the living honor those who were dear to them and that our cemeteries tell a message of love and faith to all who visit.
Benefits include informational meetings, seminars and programs on issues pertinent to its membership.
The Massachusetts Cemetery Association monitors legislative and regulatory issues that are filed in the Massachusetts Legislature. The Association also provides its membership with a copy of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 114, Massachusetts Cemetery Laws as well as the “Consumer’s Guide to Cemetery and Funeral Services.”

Supplier members are comprised of individuals or organizations actively engaged in the business of supplying either goods or services to cemeteries in Massachusetts.
Our members are manufacturers or distributors of equipment, materials, and supplies to the cemetery, landscape maintenance, or death care industry.
A supplier show is held once a year, typically the third week of September. Our attendees include over 150 cemeterians that spend time learning about your products and services face to face. It offers the supplier members a chance to network with potential clients allowing connections to be made. We strongly suggest to our cemetery members that they should support our suppliers and utilize them when purchasing equipment and services for their cemeteries.
